Autumn is a special time of year in Korpo. Some mornings, you wake to intense orange sunlight filtering through the brown leaves, bathing everything in a spectacular glow that makes you feel alive. On other days, the weather is rainy, foggy, and profoundly moody. These contrasts make autumn a cosy, peaceful season in the archipelago and we want you to enjoy it to the fullest.
To this end, from now until the end of the year, we are offering a wide variety of services to ensure that you can visit us and enjoy our unique gastronomy, or take it to your special event to surprise and delight your guests.

Precis som för de flesta företag i skärgården är vår högsäsong koncentrerad kring sommarmånaderna. Vi har dock märkt att många gäster tror att de bara kan njuta av vår unika gastronomiska upplevelse på Back Pocket under våren och sommaren. Så är dock inte fallet: när högsäsongen är över fortsätter vi att servera vår omtyckta signaturmeny på fredagar och lördagar kl. 17.00–23.00 under hela hösten, vintern och våren.
What’s more, those of you who know us well and have dined with us many times will know that our menu is constantly evolving. This is particularly true at this time of year, when the flavours become earthier and warmer. As you may know, our CEO and head chef, William Hellgren, is a creative personality with a passion for the culinary arts. He and his team are always innovating and creating new dishes throughout the year. While they love to experiment, the dishes are always grounded in seasonality and locality. So, whatever time of year you visit, a new culinary experience awaits.

While most of the retreats at Hotel Nestor took place at the beginning of the summer, we still have one coming up: Weekend for the Senses (31 October – 1 November).
