Autumn is a special time of year in Korpo. Some mornings, you wake to intense orange sunlight filtering through the brown leaves, bathing everything in a spectacular glow that makes you feel alive. On other days, the weather is rainy, foggy, and profoundly moody. These contrasts make autumn a cosy, peaceful season in the archipelago and we want you to enjoy it to the fullest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s more, those of you who know us well and have dined with us many times will know that our menu is constantly evolving. This is particularly true at this time of year, when the flavours become earthier and warmer. As you may know, our CEO and head chef, William Hellgren, is a creative personality with a passion for the culinary arts. He and his team are always innovating and creating new dishes throughout the year. While they love to experiment, the dishes are always grounded in seasonality and locality.
